This central neighborhood is just across the river from Gangnam and is extremely popular among diplomats and expats family. The area is relative exclusive and expensive but has turned increasingly trendy and popular in recent years. Housing in this area is mostly in large houses and tends to be on the pricier side. The area i quieter and less crowded than much of the rest of Seoul and there is a good general level of English.
