This part of town has been acclaimed as Prague's coolest. It houses some of the city's best galleries, exhibitions and is quickly emerging as the main creative center. Living here provides for a more local experience, with more local cafés and restaurants readily available. Latna Park offers a fantastic green space in the city, and its summer beer garden is renowned across Europe and the world. Rents here will be cheaper but are on the up, given the neighborhood's position as a rapidly gentrifying neighborhood. Beware that transportation into the center of the city can be difficult to find in some parts of this neighborhood.
